AAD Industrial properties

Alava Development Agency (AAD) offers a wide range of its own properties within the following business parks:

• Asparrena – San Millán, in Araya
• Basauri, in Okondo

AAD also manages properties in business parks promoted by other entities, such as: Jundiz, in Vitoria-Gasteiz; Lladie, in Legutio; Atusa in Agurain-Salvatierra; and Elburgo

Thanks to a collaboration agreement with the Arraia–Maeztu City Council, AAD helps to promote industrial buildings and plots within the Tellazar Industrial Park in Arraia–Maeztu.
