The AAD Board of Administration has approved an update to the table of discharge parameters for the polygon’s collectors
The new table of parameters, effective as of 31 March 2025, is available at this link, and will apply to new discharge permits.
For existing discharge permits (*), a transitional period of 3 years is established in which the new approved parameters must be met.
In the case of discharge authorisations that are not in force, a new discharge authorisation must be requested.
(*) Existing discharge permits are those that meet all the conditions established in the discharge authorisation.
