The industrial land management associations of the Basque Government (SPRILUR), Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council (GASTEIZKO INDUSTRIA LURRA – GILSA), Alava Provincial Council (ALAVA DEVELOPMENT AGENCY – AAD), and the Alava Technology Park (PTA) have launched a new online service to facilitate the search for industrial properties in Alava, including plots as well as industrial warehouses and offices available for the implementation of business activity.
This geographic information and geolocation platform (GIS) displays all the properties offered by these public entities and the Intermodal Centre of Transport and Logistics of Vitoria (CTVi). Furthermore, agreements are underway to include assets from
real estate and financial entities and individuals who may be interested in offering plots for new industrial establishments in Alava. In addition, this online tool facilitates the recovery of disused industrial assets, which are valued highly by entrepreneurs as an opportunity to establish themselves in advantageous economic conditions.
